  White Peach Nectar Cocktail

  YIELDS: 1 Serving

  1 dash Peychaud's Bitters

  ½ oz Lemon Juice

  ¼ oz Tempus Fugit Creme de Cacao

  1 oz Lilet Blanc

  5 ½ oz Patrick Font White Peach Nectar

  1 oz Gamle Ode Celebration Aquavit

  1. Measure ingredients into a shaker tin.

  2, Shake briskly over ice to chill and aerate.

  3. Strain into a pre-chilled cocktail glass.

  4. Garnish with an expression of lemon oils and complementary herbs. Dill works very well in this drink.
