In 1986, Patrick Font began his journey by taking over the family farm. He created a small-scale production facility to make fruit juices and nectars from the farm’s exceptional fruits. In Saint-Romain-en-Jarez, the charming town near Monts du Lyonnais in Southeast France, where the workshop is located, hillside farming and an outstanding terroir allow fruits to fully express all their flavors.
