  Spanish Blonde Orange Juice Cocktail

  YIELDS: 1 Serving

  3 drops Bittermens Hellfire Habanero Shrub or Scrappy's Firewater Bitters

  3 oz Patrick Font Orange Juice

  1 oz Campari

  1 oz Tequila Blanco

  Balance with Champagne

  1. Measure bitters, Patrick Font orange juice, and tequila blanco into a pre-chilled highball glass.

  2. Top off with champagne.

  3. Slowly pour Campari down the side of the glass so that it layers on the bottom.

  4. Garnish with an expression of orange oils.
