This is the story of Patrick Font.

In 1986, Patrick Font began his journey by taking over the family farm. He created a small-scale production facility to make fruit juices and nectars from the farm’s exceptional fruits. In Saint-Romain-en-Jarez, the charming town near Monts du Lyonnais in Southeast France, where the workshop is located, hillside farming and an outstanding terroir allow fruits to fully express all their flavors. Patrick’s son, Romain, has since joined the company, and ingredient selection has gone far beyond their small farm in France, as they import the rarest, most exceptional fruits from across the globe. Today, the Patrick Font name has become almost legendary for its quality and craftsmanship.
The secret is careful selection and traditional French production methods. Fruits are chosen based on three guidelines: provenance, terroir and variety, and sustainable agriculture. Fruits are processed at the height of their ripeness. A traditional belt press is still used today to extract pure juices, and pulpy fruits are centrifuged. All fruits are cold-pressed for maximum quality.
