Ingredients
2 cups of ice
8 oz of Patrick Font, Victoria Pineapple Juice (chilled)
8 oz white rum
4 oz cream of coconut
4 pineapple wedges
4 maraschino cherries
Instructions
Add ice, pineapple juice, rum and cream of coconut to a blender
Blend on high speed until the ice is crushed and the ingredients are combined (about 30 seconds)
Pour the drink into glasses
Add a pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry to garnish.
