This Apricot Bourbon Smash Cocktail is exactly what you need to beat the heat this summer. Patrick Font Apricot Bergeron Nectar has a smooth and sweet taste that perfectly balances the oaky flavor that comes from the bourbon.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Patrick Font Bergeron Apricot Nectar
  • 2 oz bourbon whiskey 
  • 1/4 oz lemon juice
  • 6 mint leaves
  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, bourbon, apricot nectar, and lemon juice. Tear 3 mint leaves into the shaker by hand. 
  2. Shake until well chilled and pour into a mason jar filled with ice.
  3. Garnish with mint leaves, if desired.
