Apple & Quince Sparkler

This Apple & Quince Sparkler is fancy but also super simple to make. It’s elegant and perfect for your next big celebration, but also so delicious that it should be enjoyed more often than simply for special occasions. Our fresh apple and quince juice is crisp and fresh, the perfect addition to this cocktail. 

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz Patrick Font Fresh Apple and Quince Juice
• 1/2 oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
• Brut champagne
• Lemon zest strip for garnish

Instructions

1. Add Patrick Font Fresh Apple & Quince Juice and lemon juice to a champagne flute
2. Top off with champagne
3. Gently stir to combine
4. Garnish with a strip of lemon zest
